What's Different?

Our Annual Salary Plan    

  • Drivers start at $1,215 per week, which is $63,180 Per Year

  • Salary drivers are home EVERY weekend and all major holidays for minimum of 48 hours!

  • Salary drivers average 2,150 miles for all miles per week, THAT'S a minimum of $.57 PER MILE, ALL MILES!

  • You begin salary day 1 = Paid Orientation

  • Salary drivers never worry about getting enough miles or losing pay because of delays beyond their control

  • You have the option make EXTRA money by running over the weekends YOU choose!

  • We also offer a home every other weekend starting at $1,485 per week, which is $75,816

  • Pay is broken into base pay and per diem which helps lower your annual tax bills!

Other Companies Per Mile Plan        

  • Other companies promise you guaranteed miles, not guaranteed pay.

  • With now required electronic logs can you really hit 2,500+ miles per week AND be home every weekend?

  • Is the other company offering $.53 or more per mile the day you start?

  • Do other companies pay you for missed miles when shippers are late or equipment breaks down?

  • Always make sure the other company is clear about their pay plan, many contain hidden exceptions that cost you!

Every Evolution driver receives the following benefits:.

  • Access to 401K

  • Accrue up to 2 weeks paid vacation beginning the first day you start with Evolution (Eligible to use after 90 day probation period)
