Debbie Mills - Logistics Extraordinar

Debbie, or Mom as most of us call her has been working in transportation for over 30 years.  She has done it all, brokerage, drayage, truck load, LTL & warehousing. She began her career with Lydall Inc's trucking division as a part time dispatcher and full time mother of two boys. As her boys grew so did her responsibilities with Lydall. 

In 199X? Debbie was a part of the small team that spun off the Lydall trucking division and founded Cross Globe Transportation. Cross Globe grew to XXX where Debbie was TITLE . In 2012 Cross Globe was purchased by XXX for XXX. After completing the operational transition Debbie left Cross Globe to join her son's company Evolution Express.

Debbie loves interior decorating and refinishing old furniture. She lives with her husband Kenny and their DOG TYPE Buttercup in Chester, Va.

Jason Mills - Operations Grinder 

Jason founded Evolution Express in January of 2011 with his brother Chris. They started with one truck, an uncle for a driver, and a mantra to always do the right thing. Jason can do it all, he started as the load planner, dispatcher, recruiter, night watchmen & anything else that needed to be done.

Jason now leads the brokerage operations team as well as the truckload planner team. He is known for being a grinder because he does not stop until every load is booked and every driver has a plan to get home.

Jason is an alumnus of Virginia Commonwealth University. He is an avid Duke University basketball fan and loves fishing. He lives in Chesterfield County with his wife & daughter.
